The Center for Health and Safety Culture will increase the knowledge and skills of Washington Traffic Safety Commission staff, Target Zero Managers, and partners in promoting proactive traffic safety and implementation projects to grow supportive behavioral, normative, and control beliefs leading to effective and safer behaviors.
