Dr. Jeff Linkenbach, received the 2003 Public Service Award from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). This award is in recognition of his achievement in advancing statewide social norms research strategies to reduce impaired driving and increase safety belt usage. This is the highest level award recognized by NHTSA. Dr. Linkenbach is a research faculty member in the Department of Health & Human Development at Montana State University, and Director of the Montana Social Norms Project– home of the MOST of Us campaigns.
