The Center for Health and Safety Culture will conduct a narrative literature review to understand how belief change can result in changed behaviors. Based on the literature review, the research team will develop a resource to guide stakeholders in developing and implementing effective strategies to change beliefs that define traffic safety culture and influence road user behavior. This research project is a part of the Traffic Safety Culture Pooled Fund Program.
