The goal of this project is to identify the cause and locations of problems related to commercial motor vehicle (CMV) accidents and to develop strategies to address them. MOST of Us is conducting a comprehensive review of Federal and State databases, a literature review and formative research to identify the cause and locations of CMV accidents. Based upon these findings, MOST of Us is developing recommendations on tactics and strategies to reduce CMV accidents and increase road safety, and is creating a plan for their delivery and implementation.
