The Center for Health and Safety Culture within the Western Transportation Institute at Montana State University sought to continue the partnership with Clackamas County in their efforts to cultivate a positive transportation safety culture to reduce fatalities and serious injuries among those in the Molalla, OR region and support the update of Clackamas County’s Transportation Safety Action Plan update. This phase planned to build on the efforts already initiated in phase one of this project.
