Karen Gee is a Research Associate for the Center of Health and Safety Culture. Karen works mainly in tech transfer and is the person who takes the Center tools and makes them understandable and visually appealing for the public. She is also the owner of kGee designs and a veteran of the United States Air Force with over 24 years of experience in graphic design and marketing. In graphic design, Karen works on a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications, and corporate identity. In marketing, Karen engages in planning and goal setting, development of brand awareness and online reputation, content management, search engine optimization, and generation of inbound social media traffic to connect with current and future customers. Karen has worked with clients in a wide variety of markets from wildlife conservation to fashion. Karen grew up in Shepherd, Montana, and now lives in Cody, WY where she enjoys the outdoors and stays very busy keeping up with her two sons.
